We have several members from the Uk chapter attending this year. Are there any plans for members to meet up and introduce each other? Maybe coinciding it with one of the social meetups, such as the LOH / SCF meet....maybe the Diner meetup etc.

When would be good for everyone, it might be a good opportunity for UK members to meet their extended U.S costuming family.

That Sounds like a Great Idea.  I think perhaps after the parade would be a great time for a Meet and Greet.  I believe that most of us will be partaking in the GL Corp from the LOL.  

Then perhaps we can figure out some sort of dinner plans.
